By nature he was gentle and kind hearted, always inclined to be gracious and to overlook the faults of others. Politeness and courtesy, compassion and tenderness, simplicity and humility, sympathy and sincerity were some of the keynotes of his character. In the cause of right and justice he could be resolute and severe but more often than not, his severity was tempered with generosity. He had charming manners which won him the affection of his followers and secured their devotion. Though virtual king of Arabia and an apostle of Allah, he never assumed an air of superiority. Not that he had to conceal any such vein by practice and artifice: with fear of Allah, sincere humility was ingrained in his heart. He is my ideal, he is our beloved Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) and I love him so much, but!!!!
He is my hero; he will do anything for me. He cheers me up when I am sad. His teachings are pillars and signs that will help me in the long journey ahead. He taught ambition and optimism; he always told me to love what I do till I do what I love, and instead of whining I should work. He is a source of inspiration and enlightenment to me. He is my father and I love him so much, but!!!!
She wakes up early in the morning with a smile, and she holds my head up high. Don’t ever let anybody put you down because you are my little angel. She makes me feel like I can do anything and when she’s with me there’s nowhere else, I’d rather be… She is the one who really truly cares. She is my mother and I love her so much, but!!!!
The country which only had a past is beginning to be seen as a country with a future. The land of scarcities is being thought of as a land of opportunities. The land of snake charmers is now considered a land of fashion designers. The land of traditional crafts is increasingly perceived as a land of information technology. The land of bullock-carts, or steam trains, is beginning to be seen as a land of automobiles, or jet planes. This dramatic change of mood is particularly discernible among the rich and the literati in my country. There is a similar change in thinking about this land in the outside world, mostly among interested individuals or concerned institutions. The mood is contagious; the images are larger than life, because those who articulate such views have both voice and influence. It is Incredible India, I love my country so much, but!!!!
All of them hold a very special place in my life, I love them beyond words.
BUT I CAN NOT WORSHIP THEM!!!!!!!!
Yes…. Generally what happens, the one we love the most we make them as god or compare them with God!!!
This is the need of the hour that we need to understand the difference between Respect and Worship. We should respect and love everybody, but none is worthy of worship except Allah – The Almighty GOD.
It is the Almighty GOD, Who has bestowed us with kind, loving, charming, understanding, and caring people. He has blessed us with implausible father and mother, brothers and sisters, neighbors and friends!!! He created heavens and the earth, mountains and forest, oceans and rivers, sun and moon, fruits and vegetables, environment and air, animals and birds, rain and water. He engineered our heart and mind, body and soul, blood and breath. He causes day and night, gives us rest and peace. And instead of even thanking Him for such priceless gifts, we are hurting him by associating partners with him.
The Glorious Quran explains: “Verily! It is Allah Who causes the seed-grain and the fruit-stone to split and sprout. He brings forth the living from the dead, and it is He Who brings forth the dead from the living. Such is Allah, then how are you deluded away from the truth? (He is the) Cleaver of the daybreak. He has appointed the night for resting, and the sun and the moon for reckoning. Such is the measuring of the All-Mighty, the All-Knowing. It is He Who has set the stars for you, so that you may guide your course with their help through the darkness of the land and the sea. We have (indeed) explained in detail Our Ayat (proofs, evidences, verses, lessons, signs, Revelations, etc.) for people who know. It is He Who has created you from a single person, and has given you a place of residing and a place of storage. Indeed, We have explained in detail Our revelations (this Quran) for people who understand. It is He Who sends down water from the sky, and with it We bring forth vegetation of all kinds, and out of it We bring forth green stalks, from which We bring forth thick clustered grain. And out of the date-palm and its spathe come forth clusters of dates hanging low and near, and gardens of grapes, olives and pomegranates, each similar (in kind) yet different (in variety and taste). Look at their fruits when they begin to bear, and the ripeness thereof. Verily! In these things there are signs for people who believe. Yet, they join the jinns as partners in worship with Allah, though He has created them (the jinns), and they attribute falsely without knowledge sons and daughters to Him. Be He Glorified and Exalted above (all) that they attribute to Him. He is the Originator of the heavens and the earth. How can He have children when He has no wife? He created all things and He is the All-Knower of everything. Such is Allah, your Lord! None has the right to be worshipped but He, the Creator of all things. So worship Him (Alone), and He is the Trustee and Disposer of affairs over all things. No vision can grasp Him, but His Grasp is over all vision. He is the Most Subtle and Courteous, Well Acquainted with all things. Verily, proofs have come to you from your Lord, so whosoever sees, will do so for (the good of) his ownself, and whosoever blinds himself, will do so to his own harm, and I (Muhammad SAW) am not a watcher over you.” [Al Quran 6:95-104]
He is alone the Creator, the Sustainer, the Cherisher of the Universe, yet you associate partners him? He is the one who has given you brain, yet you doubt him? He is the one who provides you, yet you deny him? He is the Almighty, yet you challenge him? He has sent his ambassadors to let you know his truth, yet you deny him? He has given you his guidance through his divine book, yet you ignore him?
The Glorious Quran says “Say (to mankind): ‘How do you worship besides Allah something which has no power either to harm or to benefit you? But it is Allah Who is the All-Hearer, All-Knower.’ Say ‘O people of the Scripture! Exceed not the limits in your religion other than the truth, and do not follow the vain desires of people who went astray in times gone by, and who misled many, and strayed (themselves) from the Right Path.’” [5:76-77]
O people, He is alone worthy of worship. Then what compels you to worship the created things. They are just created like how you are created. He is the Lord of All. Worship him alone.
When you get medicine from a doctor, will you thank the medicine or doctor? Similarly thank and worship the creator who has created all the things for you. He has given forehead only to bow in front of him, not anyone else.
O mankind! Worship your Lord (Allah), Who created you and those who were before you so that you may become pious [Al Quran 2:21]
