Consensus of scholars on Allah’s Uluw.
Ibn Qudama said:
إن الله تعالى وصف نفسه بالعلو في السماء ووصفه بذلك رسوله تكتمل خاتم الأنبياء ، وأجمع على ذلك جميع العلماء من الصحابة الأتقياء والأئمة الفقهاء
Allah tala attributed himself with Uluw over al Sama likewise the Messenger khatim al Anbiya (peace be upon him) attributed (this to Allah). This is the consensus of all the knowledgeable scholars of sahaba and Great Jurists.
