4. Muhammad approved prostitution.

Again a big lie, I challenge show me single evidence where Prophet Peace be upon him approved Prostitution?? (May Allah forbid and May Allah guide the author of the article who wrote these words ameen)

He said

It is called Nikah Mut’ah, a fixed-time arrangement between a man and a woman that dissolves once the duration expires (Temporary Marriage).

Reply

Even if we agree then prostitution is not (Temporary Marriage), Even though this marriage is Haram and Invalid in Islam.

The Qur’an:

Sura (4:24) – “And those of whom ye seek content (by marrying them), give unto them their portions as a duty. And there is no sin for you in what ye do by mutual agreement after the duty (hath been done)”

Muhammad Al-Hilali & Muhsin Khan:

4:24…..so with those of whom you have enjoyed sexual relations, give them their Mahr as prescribed; but if after a Mahr is prescribed, you agree mutually (to give more), there is no sin on you. Surely, Allah is Ever AllKnowing, AllWise.

1. There is no evidence in this verse to suggest that Prostitution is permissible. (so we should not reply) as far as Mut`ah is concerned

2. There is no evidence in this verse to suggest that mut’ah is permissible.

Allah says:

[004:019] O you who believe! You are forbidden to inherit women against their will, and you should not treat them with harshness, that you may take away part of the Mahr you have given them, unless they commit open illegal sexual intercourse. And live with them honourably. If you dislike them, it may be that you dislike a thing and Allah brings through it a great deal of good.

In the case of mut’ah a man does not live with the woman for long, I will quote Ahadeeth against Mut`ah.

Sura (5:87) – “O you who believe! do not forbid (yourselves) the good things which Allah has made lawful for you and do not exceed the limits; surely Allah does not love those who exceed the limits” Surprisingly the context for this verse (which is found in Bukhari (60:139) is temporary marriage, in this case trading an article of clothing for a few days of access to a woman’s body. By calling this a “good thing,” Muhammad really stood traditional morality on its ear.

First of all why this verse was revealed?? see the hadith

Bukhari Volume 6, Book 60, Number 103: Narrated Ibn Abbas:

Regarding the Divine Verse: “O you who believe! You are forbidden to inherit women against their will, and you should not treat them with harshness that you may take back part of the (Mahr) dower you have given them.” (4.19) (Before this revelation) if a man died, his relatives used to have the right to inherit his wife, and one of them could marry her if he would, or they would give her in marriage if they wished, or, if they wished, they would not give her in marriage at all, and they would be more entitled to dispose her, than her own relatives. So the above Verse was revealed in this connection.(end)

Islam uplift women and this Ayah and hadith is one of the clear evidences from many of the other evidences of Qur`an and Sunnah.
Now coming to hadeeth provided by him, Let us clear from other ahadeeth

Sabra al-Juhanni reported on the authority of his father that while he was with Allah’s Messenger (may peace be upon hm) he said: 0 people, I had permitted you to contract temporary marriage with women, but Allah has forbidden it (now) until the Day of Resurrection. So he who has any (woman with this type of marriage contract) he should let her off, and do not take back anything you have given to then (as dower). (Sahih Muslim Book #008, Hadith #3255)

Rabi’ b. Sabra reported on the authority of his father that Allah’s Apostle (may peace be upon him) prohibited the contracting of temporary marriage. (Sahih Muslim, Book #008, Hadith #3259)

Mawatta Malik Section: Temporary Marriage Book 28, Number 28.18.41:

Yahya related to me from Malik from Ibn Shihab from Abdullah and Hasan, the sons of Muhammad ibn Ali ibn Abi Talib from their ather, mayAllah be pleased with him, that the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, forbade temporary marriage with women and the flesh of domestic donkeys on the Day of Khaybar. (end)

This is also narrated by al-Tirmidhi, who said: the hadeeth of ‘Ali is hasan saheeh and this is what was followed by the scholars among the companions of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) and others…

So these ahadeeth are clear in Prohibition of Mut`ah and there is nothing like Prostitution in Islam.(author is off the topic)

Author said

Social Drawback: What it is called Nikaha is nothing but a purchase of women for sexual desires by money. A muslim can kick out his wife any time by saying talak 3 times.

Mutah marriages (marriage for few hours) in Shia muslims.

Now in Social Draw back he totally changed the topic that is he was first on Prostitution, then came to Mutah now he is talking about Nikah and Talaq , Regarding Nikah; It is no where a purchase of women for sexual desires by money. see Husband and Wife rights after Nikah in these links

a) http://www.jannah.org/sisters/relations.html

b) http://islamqa.com/en/ref/10680

and Regarding Talaq, Saying three Talaq at a time is prohibited and it will be counted as only 1 and not 3

c) The issue of triple Talaq: http://systemoflife.com/articles/general/203-the-issue-of-triple-talaq

On the other hand these people (author and his team) never raised their voices against Western society, it is common for a man to have mistresses and/or multiple extra-marital affairs, in which case, the woman leads a disgraceful, unprotected life. (Double standards of author).
